They Said I DO!

June 19, 2010

My Brother and his Fiance had been waiting soo Long
for this day and it finally arrived.. and Everything went wrong!
well not Everything..
Both forgot the wedding License.. NO BUENO!
Luckily the wedding party was still at my house so
we were able to get the License and take it to them
but we were drivin up in the party bus so it would be a while til
we got there.
We got there about an hour later only find out that
they had missed there appointment and werent
sure if they could get another one that day..
so just the thought that there was a possibility that they
werent going to get married that day was NO BUENO!
but they got an appointment.. and when they walked out of the temple
Sealed to each other for

Time and All Eternity

I began to cry!
My Oldest brother Tua was Married!
The Wedding party Continued to take pictures and we then Proceeded
on to the Reception Back in Huntington Beach.
The ride home was Interesting.. Did I mention My family LOVES to dance?

The Reception was AWESOME!
My mother Did an AMAZING job setting up and planning it.
When we introduced the Bride and Groom they were dancing down the aisle.
then out of Nowhere Tua Gets down and Starts breakdancing!
It was Classic! who knew he could do that!
Their First Dance was soo cute..
Tua wrote and recorded their wedding song with
some friends of his. and they surprised us with
a dance Masterpiece!
All in ALL the Night was a success!

GAME OVER!

This Saturday My brother

Tua Raymond Fuga

will be entering into the San Diego Temple a single man

he will be exiting the temple a Married man,
sealed for Time and All Eternity to

Joyce Nicole Lasike

Although this week and all the planning have driven me MAD.
I know it will all be worth it, to Look back and
to be able to take part in such a Vital step in
my Brothers Life makes it all worth it!
Its funny to me how these 2 "LOVEBUGS"
met. The Day before my brothers best friend Sam came
home from his mission his grandmother passed away..
So Tua accompanied the family out to Mesquite, Nevada for the services.
There he met a girl Nicole, ahh not sure what he thought of her then
but Nicole Being the BRAVE, OUTGOING girl that she is
texted tua first and basically was Hitting on him via Text.
They talked for a few months over the phone and then began the
Serious talks... cupcaking, then came the "Baby" word then came the
"Will you be my girlfriend" part
The day Tua knew he was gonna marry Nicole well i believe
was June 12, 2009.
Elder Richard G. Scott, came to the Costa Mesa Institute and
spoke to us and after he spoke we had the usual a closing song
and prayer but right after the song just before the prayer he stood
up and gave his plug on Marriage and how Returned Missionaries need to
pursue marriage and apparently this was the answer tua was looking
for. They both knew they were going to get married, but he didnt propose til
January 1st, 2010.
Now we are here 5 days before the BIG day and all i can say
what a RELIEF!

Good Luck Tua and Nicole! :)

IT's Not GOODBYE IT's See you LATER

Last Night was Filled with Tears....
Tears of Sadness But also Tears of JOY
One Of My Best Friends left on a church mission
for 2 years to Mexico City South Mission.

ELDER JOHN CHRISTOPHER SPICER

John has been such an Amazing example to me
and has strengthened my testimony of the gospel
in soo many ways.
The courage he had to set out on his own and
find out what our Church REALLY believed
and to gain a Testimony for himself.
The Strength that he had to overcome obstacles that
tampered with his desire to get baptized.
The Faith he excercised when the spirit testified to him
the truthfulness of this gospel.
The Charity he posessed and showed towards those around
him .
The Love He possesed for our Savior and his desire to
emulate the life of our savior.

I met John the First day of the 2009 Spring Semester
at The OCC Institute.
John had told me he wasnt a member and lived with his
step-mom who was.
March 13, 2010 I had Bugged John for weeks to
come to Open Mic Nite at Institute.
when he showed up i was Ecstatic.
I was worried He would hate it and when i saw him
afterwards My feeling had been confirmed
until Brother Andre Came and told
me John had decided to be baptized.
I was speechless, my heart filled with
Joy and Happiness.

March 28,2009
Johns Baptism Day. John had asked me to play
the piano for his baptism and I gladly accepted.
As we were getting closer to start time there was
still no sign of John. I started to worry and I believe some
people could tell I was nervous when
I began making errors on the piano.
3:00 P.M still NO John
3:05 John shows up and my heart is Relieved.

To see John Baptized brought tears to my eyes
and a peaceful feeling in my heart.
Over the Next year I had the honor of watching
John progress within the church,
receiving the priesthood, blessing and passing
the sacrament, baptizing people, receiving his mission call
and being set apart as an Elder.

He is going to make a great Missionary
and through and by the Spirit he will be able
to build our fathers Kingdom.

Good Luck Elder Spicer <3

Chicken-N-Waffles with the Homie Roscoe!

ANOTHER Adventure to
Roscoe's House of Chicken n Waffles
Each time I think of Roscoe's it makes my mouth water.
SUCCULENT Fried Chicken
Delicious FLUFFY waffles
what more could I possibly ask for!
As we arrived we had to wait another 35 minutes
to be seated. That almost killed me. The combined aroma of
waffles and fried Chicken found its way up
my nostrils nearly putting me in a COMA but I resisted and
after 15 min they seated us. It didnt take long for us to order.
Time ticked away my patience growing thin
and then IT came.....

2 Beautiful perfectly round DELICIOUS fluffy waffles
topped with 2 Pillowy mounds of soft creamy butter
1Succulent Chicken Breast and wing
with a side of warm maple syrup!
Our Table Grew silent, not a word was spoken until each
person had satisfied their hunger. As usual
I cleaned my plate and so did many others
I picked the chicken clean, not a piece of meat
to spare. When it comes to Roscoe's
Its hard to eat meat "sparringly"

Thank you Roscoe, you never disappoint me! :)

Last Nite was soo Much Fun! Myself and My BFF Brandi aKa Brandizzle attended a Bonfire hosted by the Lovely ladies of the S.A.S.H house (Stephanie, Allison, Sarah, Heather) we all had UBERS of fun! Us ladies started the Fire with NO MEN! That’s what I like to call STICKIN IT TO THE MAN! Then Allison made DELICIOUS homemade marshmallows.. I did not even know that was possible! And we had 3 different types of Chocolate Hershey’s, Symphony Bar and Reeses! Oh man was it pure BLISS! The Reeses Smore was DECADENT! JUST A WORD TO THE WISE..Be sure to Remove ALL WRAPPERS before placing the chocolate on your smore and biting it! Then Julie Brought a Marhmallow GUN! Didn’t even know people actually made those. And Stephanie was venting to us her frustrations with Wrong Judgements placed upon those in the south! Its okay we still love southern people! Brooke and Alyssa arrived just in time to share her grief with her! Heather Kinney being momma made sure My next Reeses Smore was Stripped of all wrappers! Thanks Heather and Sarah? How can I forget sarah she with Brandi taught me a valueable lesson.. NEVER wash your jeans after just one wear! It will shorten the lifespan of your jeans! Go figure! Our fun filled Nite ended with Quotations from the Greatest Movie EVER.. THE SANDLOT! Im sure everyone knows which part we were quoting! Thanks ladies for a FABULOUS night!

LUNCH TIME WITH ALLI

Went to Lunch Today @ Chipotle with a Co-Worker who happens to be in my singles ward, who I think of as my older sister since I don’t have any sisters… BIOLOGICALLY! And it was soo nice to catch up with her and talk about the different happenings going on in the world, our ward, in our individual lives which always end up being the same topics. Our families are very close The Kinney Family and The Fuga Family. They love our family and we love theres! Bishop Kinney and Jan are amazing, probably the funniest couple I have ever met.. and the fact that he is the Bishop of our singles ward and She is the “MOTHER” of our ward makes it even BETTER! That’s just the parents.. Their 2 Daughters are AMAZING! They are like my 2 older sisters! I love them! And then theres ANDREW! Who is like my best friend.. He is currently serving a mission right now in the Dominican Republic. Hes been out 9 months now and I miss him soo much! When he is happy I am happy, when he is sad I am sad. Soo just do yourself a favor and Don’t mess with him! Hahaha Love the Kinney Family.. if you Don’t know them get to know they are awesome!! :)

This is the Best Friend Andrew! Hes Really Polynesian just been out of the sun a little too long!

Revelation at SUBWAY….. Eat Fresh!

So I went to Lunch today with a VERY VERY VERY GOOD friend/cousin of mine. We were both craving subway and let me tell you, My new favorite sandwich is the Veggie Patty on Wheat with the bread carved out, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Onions, Peppers, Olives and Salt and pepper. Toasted of course to receive that slight crunch..mmmmhhh It is soo YUMMY! Its like Heaven in your mouth and the best part about it, every time I eat it I don’t feel as bad or guilty. Enough with that back to the more important things, so We caught up about our Road Trips that we had both taken this past weekend. Both of us had an AWESOME time! But as we talked and discussed certain topics I came to the Realization that my family is what matters the most. Im not saying forget about all your friends, No. Im simply saying that our families are the ones who will love us the most and have our BEST interest at heart. I love my friends with ALL my heart I really Do. But its my family who will be there with me for TIME and ALL Eternity!

Fresh Job, Fresh Start…why not start a blog?!

So I decided to start a new blog and Im challenging myself to actually keep up with it. I wasn’t too horrible at keeping Journals so maybe I have a fighting chance. Today is my Second Day at my new Job as an Office Clerk/ Intern at Aquatech Pools. The Company designs pools, sells pool supplies and the various products needed to maintain a pool. So far I like the job a lot. Not too hard and not too easy but I always Love a challenge. Its weird cause I was taking the grand tour of the office building and I was being introduced to all the employees and I had to remember that my name was Ramila. NOT Milla. Everyone knows me as Milla, my parents, my friends, cousins, brothers EVERYONE!

Hopefully I don’t confuse these people too much.. I should get back to work! I am getting paid soo I should do some work around here. :)
